Have you ever felt a soft corner towards a person who tries to harm you intentionally or unintentionally?

Why is that she doesn't want to believe the incident that has just happen to her? Is this feeling normal? Is such thought natural to bubble up in someone's mind like that?
I find it mysterious, and can't understand.

She said "You are a desperate creature. You spoil everything and I wish I hate you to death but I just couldn't, don't know why and I feel stupid having this feeling".
