2011 Christmas is here, it is a time to prepare for Christmas. We were busy collecting stars and angels, flowers and snow, glitterier and lightings to prepare the crib where we have to place in the manger. We all were happy trying our ideas and skills at our best. It took us almost 4 days to complete with the finishing touch. I got a question ring in my mind when I was making the manger where the baby Jesus was to be laid. The manger was made of straw, some pieces of thermocoil, and some thick papers. It looks good but it was not a good place to sleep on. I remember the question that came in my mind at that time…’ the manger is just a decoration, what matters is your heart. Have you prepared your heart for Jesus to come to you with good tidings, joy and peace, and eternal life? Or are you just celebrating a celebration? Every year we celebrate Christmas, for some, it is another celebration, for some it’s a time of gift and buying new things, for some, it’s a time of merrymaking and drinking. Like my pastors said ‘everyone will have their own explanations……’. Do we understand the real meaning of Christmas? Are we valuing it? We all know it’s a time for joy and celebrations and this is because Jesus the Son of God was born to save humankind from sin and to give eternal life. This Christmas I got the privileged to attend in three churches, most of the message was about the Gift of Christmas. The gift has been sent to you and me with our name written on it. We have to receive it and share it with others too. I met many friends, had a good time but my Christmas doesn’t end with joy in my heart. I found myself feeling lonely and not very happy inside. No wonder this can happen to anyone when you do not prepare yourself well to receive the joy of Christmas. I believed that God is not happy too when we are not happy. But silly me, He knows all my weaknesses and shortcoming. I am still his most loved and most spoiled child.
2011 will be over in five days from now. I pray and hope that he will help me to LEARN how to love Him more, to seek Him more, and to stay closer to Him so that I unwrap my 2012 gift with joy, peace, and happiness.

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.
One day a small opening appeared.
He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours
as it struggled to squeeze its body through the tiny hole.
Then it stopped as if it couldn't go further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bits of cocoon. The butterfly emerged easily but it had a swollen body and shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch it, expecting that any minute the wings would enlarge and expand enough to support the body. Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around. It was never able to fly.
What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand: The restricting cocoon and the struggle required by the butterfly to get through the opening was a way of forcing the fluid from the body into the wings so that it would be ready for flight once that was achieved.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. Don't accept short cut roads even when things are tough. Going through life with no obstacles would cripple us. We will not be as strong as we could have been and we would never fly.
Dedicated to all my friends who are having hard times.

I wake up from my cozy bed to start my daily routine, got out at the balcony to get fresh air.
The cool wind has dropped the temperature amazingly here in Delhi. It reminds me of home, good times, and delicious food. Oh, how I wish to be home again. By this time my mom will start getting the firewoods stock for the coming winter. She will be busy stocking grains and vegetables, preparing our home and garden before the cold hits. I always remember 20 years back the whole town prepares with enthusiasm for the coming festive season by early October.
The joy of harvest and the festive moods comes with the winter breeze. Every child prepares and get ready for the final term while the parent’s busy planning for family get together, thanksgiving, and most importantly to have enough stock, the best animal for the festival. Christmas songs start playing on the radio…Jingle bell Jingle bell jingle all the way…, the choir gets ready with hymn and chorus for the festival. The best memory is the Christmas feast plan by the church leaders for the whole church member,
It's always a big feast where one gets to enjoy food on a fresh banana leaf seating on a bamboo bench.
Time has really flown. Before I knew I have grown up to a woman, trying to manage all my needs and responsibilities alone. I miss the days when I used to go shopping for my Christmas dress as a little girl with my father at Tamenglong bazaar where most of the products are from Moreh. I can remember last Christmas like it was last week. But now as time brings changes in the season, the world and society changed too. Now, I do all my shopping from fancy shopping malls where I get the entire international brands. I send the best and warmest cloth for home so that my mom doesn’t have to spend her days and energy weaving cloth from Moreh yarn to wear in winter. Many people buy the best music system with the latest technology to play the latest Christmas album. I know we have lots of entertainment, delicious food and a beautiful dress which the metropolitan city has brought in our life. I know after 5 years from now we will be in another higher standard lifestyle.
But I will always miss the Christmas feast, Christmas joy, and the Christmas songs in the radio.

David was anointed to be king of Israel years before he took the throne. As he waited, he served King Saul, and was soon driven to a life of a fugitive as a result of Saul's (unwarranted) jealousy.
Imagine knowing that God had called you to a position of greatness only to have to wait and watch while someone else abused your promised position and power. Imagine the frustration of having to live your life on the run just because someone was jealous about something that you had never done.
David had to endure these things, but through it all, he honored God in the process. He respected "God's anointed", King Saul, and did not lay a hand on him even when David had the chance to kill him. (1 Samuel 24 and 26) David respected Saul's authority and made sure those around him showed proper respect for the King as well.
In spite of knowing that eventually, the throne would be his, David left it up to God as to how and when he would take his destined position.
There are times when we know that God has promised us something great. Yet we mess up or delay our moments of destiny because we take matters into our own hands instead of leaving things up to God. We overstep God's will and try to make things happen on our own when we should have followed the movement of the Holy Spirit.
I know it can be hard to be patient, especially when it seems like we can just reach out and grab our dreams. However, waiting on the time of God and respecting His will in the matter will provide us with the most joy when His plan is fulfilled.
David's love for God and honor of the Father is what established his lasting line of leadership. Because of his respect for the Lord, God gave him the highest honor of having the Redeemer come through his bloodline.
Don't let today's moment become tomorrow's regret. If God gave you the promise, He will make sure that it happens in the best way possible for you. Be patient, follow the Holy Spirit's lead, and have faith. It will come to pass!
Dedicated to all my love ones.

Dear Father
Thank You for being a God of order. Thank You for ordering our steps. Thank You for knowing the plans You had for us even before we were born and knowing exactly how You were going to lead us to our destinies even before we took our first steps. Thank You for always being a loving Father that not only convicts and corrects but also leads us in the right direction and remains with us as we go on our journey. We ask that You continue to show us the areas in which we need to grow. We bind laziness and we ask that You give us the strength and energy to do what we have to do to get and maintain clean and organized surroundings. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!

Can you believe I am working on Saturday? I went for work just like another day but at the end of the day my Saturday mood flap over… My mind is heavy with so many ‘junks’… I don’t literally mean the junk food here but I am talking about unwanted tension which is hovering and not letting me concentrate on my work.
Like they say ‘life is full of struggle, you fight to learn and live or else you miss the chance’… and so I am trying to take the chance, living life on Saturday..???(I guess..lol)
I am glad this gives me the privilege to visit my blog again which I have not been doing for quite sometime. I know many things have happened during this period….. Struggle with several problems, fight with myself, got completely broke, left job, wait and hope for day break, caught in the rain, weight gained and so on. Gradually by God grace life becomes better and I am glad I forgot to drop by in this blog. I wish to remember only the good days and hence my blog will have more sweet days than sad days…:)
Its 5:10 pm now and I will be leaving my work place soon :),,,,,,,,, I am gonna have a hectic days next week but I am looking forward to make it interesting. Monday I’ll start with my favorite song, Tuesday I am gonna take a nice walk, Wednesday I’ll have nice treat for myself, Thursday I am meeting new people, Friday I am gonna make new friends and Saturday and Sunday I am gonna……….. relax and enjoy weekend.

I had a good time at Doon. I am blessed with so many good people around and everywhere I go. God plan everything accordingly in his own time. Today is my fourth day at work. I have been given a big task and responsibility to achieve, its not at all easy for me but i am abiding in His word Phill 4 :13. It is God who gave me this job and I believed He will surely help me from every difficulties. Everything is between me and God. He is my provider, my creator and my savior.
He leaded me, He leaded me
Oh by His own hand He leaded me.
He leaded me, He leaded me
Oh by His own hand He leaded me.
God is beautiful. He created all things beautiful, and I am beautiful too, wonderfully, and fearfully He created me. He constantly thinks about me. As I write this, I look up and asked ' Are You thinking about me now, God? What are you thinking about me now?'
I was watching a testimony of a girl who sees herself ugly. She prayed if God can break through in her and let her see herself the way He sees her. As she pray, she was touched and God had delivered her completely from the ugly thought she had about her appearance.
It is really amazing, how wonderful God and his creation are amazing. Everything comes from Him and He created all things beautiful with a purpose.

Hi, i am back from the trip to Ladakh and if you ask me how was it!!! I would say that was a crazy trip. I had seen amazing places and landscape, I crawl my way to the 2nd highest motorable road in the world. Been there and have felt it..the highness of being at the top of the world. I have felt the snow fall for the first time in my life. Walked on a steep (very very steep) muddy road in the middle of the night using only blurry shimmering light from mobile phone. Seen all those romantic and amazing places which you saw only in postcard and movies. The rivers with crystal clear water, green pasture at the side with the black beauty horses grazing, snowy mountains and those beautiful wild flowers were some of the views which still remain in my mind today and will remain forever. We missed non-vegs like lots... I have never felt such a huge craving for pork and bamboo shoot in my life like i did there in Leh. We started our journey on 28th Tuesday night, reached Manali on the next day at around 11:30 am and set off for Leh through Rotang Pass at 2:00pm. We got stuck at Rotang for 6 hrs in the middle of the night because of land slide, and reach Leh on 30th Thursday evening 9:00 pm. According to what we plan, we were suppose to reach in the morning but anyway, we had all the hard and dangerous crazy experience in this journey.

We spend two nights and two days at Leh, visit Shanti Stupa, Pangong Lake and drive around the city. It was one of the most tiresome yet crazy experience i had. I am glad i have visited one of 'my dream place to visit'. Now our next target is Daman and Diu.
PS: I have did it in India and washed it in China - Azei, Injiana, Gaigun, Asana, Tingku and Suai.
